The opportunity:
We are looking for Project Scheduler to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project.
What will you be doing:
As Project Scheduler, you will:
- Producing resourced, time phased schedules, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements so that projects can be effectively managed and measured.
- Create and manage project risk schedules, identifying the risks from risk register, linking them appropriately to activities in the schedule and run schedule risk analysis.
- Advising stakeholders to ensure control over the project in line with company and contractual standards.
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks to ensure deliverables are managed in accordance with the schedule.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports to provide easily accessible up to date project information.

- Monitors performance and customer satisfaction against agreed standards
- Proactively builds and manages effective communication within a group or team
- Prepares clear and logical plans, breaking objective down into clear and manageable tasks
